Spa Etiquette


We provide a quiet and relaxing atmosphere to help you unwind from the chaos of everyday life. Please keep in mind this is not an environment for children.

Cell Phones

To maintain relaxation and quiet within the spa cellular phones must be turned off.


During your massage treatment, you should disrobe to your comfort level. All of our service providers are highly trained professionals and will appropriately cover and drape you to ensure your privacy.


You will want to avoid treatments that involve a lot of heat or deep pressure. However there are several treatments that will provide benefits to you and your baby.

Medical Conditions

When you arrive at the spa you will have a consultation and fill out a questionnaire. Your service providers will review the form with you. It is always a good idea to inform them of your concerns.


Alcoholic beverages are served with exclusive packages.


Reserved parking provided in front of the spa.

Therapists Rights

Therapists may terminate services without refund, in the event of any inappropriate actions.

Product Returns or Exchanges

We will gladly accept any unopened retail product return for store credit if the return is done within 30 days of the purchase and is accompanied with proof of purchase.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover cash and personal checks. Our services do not include tax or gratuity. If you feel that you had a wonderful experience, feel free to leave a gratuity for service providers. Gift Certificates expire one year from the purchase date. No refunds provided on Gift Certificates, however, they may be traded for different services or products.

Spa Social Event

Let us create a memorable spa party for your next business social, bachelorette party, baby shower, birthday party, or just a friend’s getaway. We will help you design the perfect mood drawing from our menu of full session and shorter “cocktail length” spa services. 15% off applied to all services.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your service so that the necessary forms can be completed. This will allow time for your consultation and to relax before your services. If you arrive late, we will only be able to provide service with the remainder of the original scheduled time. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

All will Agree: time is our most valuable asset. Advanced scheduling is recommended. All appointments are held with a credit card at the time of booking. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 12 hours before scheduling time, 48 hours for groups or multiple services. You will be charged the full service fee for failing to attend your appointment.
